Strength Zone
Purpose built for real results.
The Strength Zone is designed for focused, structured strength training. This space allows us to coach technique properly, apply progressive overload and help members build strength, confidence and control in their lifts over time.
This area is equipped for purposeful resistance training, including squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls and accessory work. Every session is programmed with intention, helping members improve movement quality, build lean muscle and get stronger in a safe and supported environment.
The layout gives members room to lift well, move safely and receive coaching without feeling lost in a crowd. Whether you are new to strength training or working on progressing your lifts, this space is built to help you train with confidence and get stronger week by week.

Our range of barbells allows members to train at the right level for their strength and experience. Barbells are used for key strength movements, compound lifts and progressive overload, helping members build strength, confidence and proper lifting technique.
Olympic Weight Plates with over 400kg available
With over 400kg of Olympic weight plates, members have the ability to progressively increase load over time. This supports proper strength programming, measurable progress and long-term development across barbell, machine and free-weight exercises.
Dumbbells from 1–35kg pairs
Our dumbbells allow for a wide range of upper-body, lower-body and full-body strength exercises. They are used for pressing, rowing, lunging, squatting, accessory work and controlled resistance training, making them one of the most versatile tools in the Strength Zone.
Kettlebells from 6–24kg pairs
Kettlebells are used for strength, stability, control and accessory work. They allow us to add variety to resistance sessions while still supporting progressive overload, functional movement and full-body strength development.
5 Benches
Benches are used across a wide range of strength exercises, including presses, rows, step-ups, split squats and core work. Having multiple benches allows us to keep sessions flowing smoothly and gives members more options for structured resistance training.
Posterior Chain and Core Strength Equipment
The 45-degree back extension and GHD are used to strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, lower back and core. These areas are important for overall strength, posture, lifting technique, injury prevention and athletic performance.
Power, Pressing and Functional Strength Equipment
The Strength Zone also includes a clean and jerk machine, Viking press and landmines. These tools are used for explosive strength, upper-body pressing, rotational strength, rows, squats and full-body power movements. They allow us to train strength through different angles and movement patterns while supporting athletic performance and functional strength. Our power tower, dip bars and pull-up options are used for pull-ups, dips, leg raises and bodyweight strength progressions. These movements help build upper-body strength, core strength, grip strength and control.
