Infrared Sauna
Our infrared sauna is the perfect way to relax, recover and reset.
Using gentle infrared heat, the sauna helps promote sweating, relaxation and circulation, making it a great addition to your recovery routine after training or as a standalone wellness session. Whether you’re looking to unwind, ease muscle tension or simply take some time for yourself, our sauna gives you a calm, private space to recharge.
Sessions are available for 30, 45 or 60 minutes and can be booked through Momence.
Compression
Boots
Our compression boots are designed to help your body recover, reset and feel ready for your next session.
Using dynamic air compression, the boots gently squeeze and release around the legs to support circulation, reduce feelings of heaviness and promote relaxation after training. They’re perfect after a hard strength, cardio, boxing or run session — or anytime your legs need a little extra care.
Sessions are 30 minutes and can be booked through Momence.
Stretching Zone
Our Stretching & Mobility Zone gives you a dedicated space to slow down, move well and support your recovery.
Use the space before or after training to stretch, release tight areas, work on mobility or take a few quiet minutes to reset. Whether you’re looking to improve movement, reduce stiffness or simply spend more time looking after your body, this space is here to support your training and recovery routine.
