About Strength & Conditioning

Classes run Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 6:15 PM

Our Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, increase muscle, lose body fat and feel more confident in the gym.

From Monday to Friday, our programming alternates between resistance-based sessions and cardio/hybrid sessions. This gives you a balanced approach to training, so you are not doing the same thing every day or overloading the same muscle groups back-to-back. Resistance sessions focus on strength training, muscle building, technique and progressive overload, while cardio/hybrid sessions focus on fitness, conditioning, endurance and full-body work.

Every class is coached from start to finish. Our coaches demonstrate the exercises, help you choose the right weights, adjust movements to suit your ability and focus on your technique throughout the session. Whether you are new to training or already experienced, you will be supported to train properly, safely and with purpose.

Our classes are built around evidence-based programming, progressive overload, balance and consistency, helping you get stronger, improve your fitness, move better and build confidence over time.

Elite Athletic in Sydenham is open 7 days a week. Strength & Conditioning (Mon-Fri from 5:00am-6:15pm), Boxing & Muay Thai (Sat 8:30-10:15am) and Elite 60 min Hybrid (Sun 8:30am).
