The Functional Hybrid Zone was built for strength, fitness, endurance and overall athletic performance. This space allows us to combine structured strength and conditioning with progressive overload, functional training and varied cardio work, helping members build strength, improve movement quality and increase fitness over time.
This area includes equipment that helps build real strength, fitness and confidence. We use functional training tools to help members push, pull, lift, carry, row, ride, run and move better. Everything in this space has a purpose and allows us to keep sessions varied, structured and effective.
The open layout gives us room to program sessions properly. Members can move between stations, work in pairs or groups, and complete full-body workouts without feeling crowded. This space is designed to support better coaching, better flow and better training outcomes.
Equipment Catalogue
7 varied Cardio Machines
The Hybrid Zone includes a treadmill, Assault Runner, Assault Bike, Bike Erg, Row Erg, Ski Erg and StairMaster. Each machine challenges the body in a different way. Some are used for short, intense bursts to build power and fitness, while others are used for longer conditioning pieces to improve endurance and overall cardiovascular fitness.
Kettlebells from 6–24kg pairs
Kettlebells are used for strength work, conditioning, loaded carries and full-body movements. They allow us to train power, control, stability and endurance in a way that is practical and easy to scale for different fitness levels.
Two Full Sets of Dumbbells from 1–35kg pairs
Our dumbbells allow for a wide range of strength and accessory exercises. They are used for upper-body, lower-body and full-body movements, helping members build strength, improve technique and progress safely over time.
5 Benches
Benches give us more variety in our strength and conditioning sessions. They are used for pressing, rows, step-ups, split squats, core work and a range of other exercises that help target different muscle groups and movement patterns.
Competition Power Sled and Track
The sled is used to build leg strength, power, conditioning and mental toughness. Sled pushes and pulls are simple but extremely effective, making them a great tool for improving fitness without needing complicated movements.
Battle Ropes
Battle ropes are used for high-intensity conditioning, upper-body endurance and full-body energy output. They are a great way to build fitness, coordination and work capacity while keeping sessions challenging and engaging.
Agility, Power and Functional Training Equipment
The Hybrid Zone also includes Medballs (3-20kg), Wall balls (4-12kg), Y-Bells (4-12kg), hurdles, agility ladders and landmines to support speed, coordination, power and athletic movement. These tools are used for footwork drills, explosive movement, rotational strength, pressing, rows and full-body strength and conditioning exercises that help improve overall fitness, performance and movement quality.
