About Elite Hybrid

Elite Hybrid is our biggest, most energetic and most fun class of the week. It brings together strength, conditioning, cardio, power, endurance and functional training into one longer, 60 minute full-body session.

This class uses both our Strength Zone and Functional Hybrid Zone, giving members access to a wider range of equipment and more variety in every workout. You can expect a mix of resistance work, cardio machines, functional equipment, bodyweight movements and full-body conditioning.

Elite Hybrid can include partner work, team workouts, intervals, circuits and challenge-style training that keeps the session fun, varied and engaging. Every class is coached from start to finish, with coaches explaining the workout, demonstrating movements, helping with technique and adjusting exercises to suit your ability.

You do not need to be the fittest person in the room. Elite Hybrid is challenging, but it is also designed to be enjoyable, supportive and accessible. The goal is to build strength, improve fitness, increase endurance and push yourself in a group environment where everyone works hard, has fun and finishes feeling proud.

Expect a big, high-energy session where you’ll move between strength work and cardio stations, keeping the workout varied, fun and challenging from start to finish.
