Our workouts are programmed with purpose using evidence-based training principles, including progressive overload, appropriate exercise selection, balanced training volume and structured progression across the week.
We don’t believe in random workouts for the sake of being hard. Our programming is designed to help members build strength, improve fitness, develop better technique and progress safely over time, while still keeping sessions challenging, varied and enjoyable.
-
Yes. Our training can support weight loss, body recomposition, calorie deficits, strength and overall fitness when paired with consistency, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
-
Our members achieve results through a combination of structured training, consistency, nutrition support and accountability.
Our programming is built around progressive overload, which means we focus on helping members gradually improve their strength, fitness, technique and capacity over time. For goals like weight loss or body recomposition, we also educate members on the importance of a calorie deficit, consistency and sustainable lifestyle habits.
Because we run small group training, our coaches can provide more individual support, technique feedback, exercise modifications and progression guidance throughout each session. Members also benefit from the support of a strong community, which helps make training more enjoyable and easier to stick to.
We also use recurring bookings to help members lock in their preferred training days and times, making training part of their weekly routine rather than something they have to constantly plan around.
-
Progressive overload is the process of gradually increasing the challenge of your training over time so your body continues to adapt and improve.
This might include lifting slightly heavier weights, completing more reps, improving technique, increasing intensity or progressing to more challenging exercises.
At Elite Athletic, our programming is designed to help members build strength, improve fitness and progress safely with structure, rather than doing random workouts each week.
-
We support consistency by helping members lock in their preferred training days and times through recurring bookings. This means members are guaranteed a spot in their chosen sessions each week, helping them build routine, stay accountable and make training a consistent part of their lifestyle.
Recurring bookings are subject to availability, so we recommend contacting info@eliteathletic.net to confirm current training time availability before getting started.

Small group training gives you the energy and community of a group session, with more coaching support than a large class.
At Elite Athletic, our smaller class sizes allow coaches to provide technique feedback, exercise modifications, progression support and individual guidance throughout the session. This means you can train with structure, stay accountable and feel confident that you are moving safely and effectively. -
Our small group sessions from Monday to Saturday are capped at 10 people, allowing our coaches to provide technique support, modifications and individual guidance throughout the session.
Our Elite Hybrid class is slightly larger, with up to 20 people, as we run this session across both gym spaces with two coaches on the floor.
